Roll-On sheds for robotic telescopes available now!

Since 2004, SaharaSky has established a solid reputation as the 1st and only "on-site" private observatory starting with a 200mm GPS telescope Meade LX200. Today we have installed two GM2000 HPS and QCI mounts, a 400mm and 350mm Meade ACF Starlock Telescope, a Takahashi FSQ ED 106mm and two William FLT and EDs. Plus a Dobson Lightbridge 16 and Coronado 60Hα for observation.

Effective now, we add remote astro-imaging & hosting affordable for the average amateur astronomer.

Dark Sky Location

GPS pos. N30,237° latitude and W -5,608° longitude. SaharaSky is located 180 km from Ouarzazate (pop. 50.000) and 25 km from Zagora (pop. 30.000). The nearest village is Tamegroute (pop. 3.000) at 7 km distance on National Road RN9.
